Last November, Turner was featured on KUTV's investigative report segment called "Get Gephardt." The feature was two pronged. Mr. Gephardt and Diania Turner went door to door throughout a random Salt Lake neighborhood asking to look at residential consumer’s phone bills. It quickly resulted in finding third-party billing charges. Additionally, they went into Industrial Supply, a Salt Lake business, without previously seeing any bills and again quickly found third-party billing charges. “If you have a phone bill with Qwest, you are a candidate for overcharges and bogus charges,” says Mr. Gephardt. The feature demonstrated just how rampant these charges are.

Recently, "Get Gephardt" requested Turner be part of another segment to provide expertise and knowledge where Utah consumers were being fraudulently billed for services they never ordered.
