For over 14 years, Turner Telecommunications has been supporting some of Utah’s finest companies with their telecom needs. These companies have utilized our independent consulting services to help them make smarter and more cost effective decisions. Some of these clients have been with us throughout our history because we have proven to be effective leaders in our industry. In fact, 80% of our clients continue to retain our services after our initial contract period. Why is that? Again, we consistently help them make smarter and more cost effective decisions.

Turner specializes in providing auditing, consulting and outsourcing solutions. Our auditing and consulting services are targeted to provide your business with a return on investment. Our focus is to save and recover you money and if we can't achieve at least one of those, there is no need for our services. Our outsourcing solutions are provided on an hourly or contractual basis. Quite often, we are outsourced to be the telecom division for companies who either don't have a telecom department, need additional resources, or don't understand all the complexities and nuances of telecom. IT/IS professionals, who may be unfamiliar with certain aspects of telecom, can consult for services in a particular area for support. Additionally, companies can use our outsourcing solutions to bolster their own business by relieving those IT/IS individuals workload, which leads to increasing productivity. By outsourcing to us, it is our goal to make your IT/IS professionals look good while being able to accomplish more.

Although there are other consulting firms your company could consult with, we are vastly different. Why? We are not a vendor nor do we have any contracts with any carriers, we do not receive commissions, and we do not try to sell new services or encourage breaking a contract. This position enables us to truly work on behalf of our clients with out any conflict of interest. There are companies who claim to provide all the outsourcing solutions that we provide, such as recoveries, repairs, and unbiased contract negotiations. These other companies continually fall short of that since they take a commission on the back end. It becomes a conflict of interest ... biting the hand that feeds you so to speak.
